I will not do this, I'm paying for a home delivery, so let the packages be returned."

"How is this even possible? How do you fail a delivery to a parcel shop, even worse to a drop box? All the driver has to do is leave the package in a locker. How do you fail that? Oh yes I know, by not following your route and skipping a few spots you don't want to do."
